General Questions 

Why did the venue change? 
Due to unforeseen flooding at our Waikele campus, we had to relocate to ensure the best experience for all attendees. 

Where is the new venue located? 
Arise Conference 2 will now take place at Hilton Hawaiian Village Coral Ballroom – 2005 Kalia Road, Honolulu, HI 96815. 

What are the conference dates? 
The conference is still happening on February 20-21 as scheduled. 

Tickets & Registration 

Do I need to re-register for the new venue? 
No, your existing registration is still valid. Just show up at the new venue with your confirmation email and conference bracelet.
 

I can no longer attend due to the venue change. Can I get a refund? 
Please reach out to our team at registration@inspire.church to discuss your options. 

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else? 
Yes! If you can no longer attend, you can transfer your ticket to a friend. Just update the attendee info by emailing registration@inspire.church. 

Parking & Transportation 

Is parking available at Hilton Hawaiian Village? 
Yes, parking is available at Hilton Hawaiian Village, but spaces may be limited. We encourage carpooling or using rideshare services for convenience. 

Function with validation: $15 

Self Parking $72.25 

Valet Parking $82.72 

Secure Parking, Covered Parking and In/Out Parking is also available 

To enter the garage, you can: 

1 Enter the Hilton Hawaiian Village from the main entrance on Kalia Road 

2 Turn right between the Kalia Tower and Rocky's Restaurant 

3 The entrance to the garage will be on the left side 

 
Will shuttles still be running? 
We are working on shuttle options and will provide an update soon. Stay tuned for more details. 

Event Experience 

Will the schedule change due to the venue shift? 
No, the conference schedule remains the same! Doors open at 5:30 p.m., and the main session begins at 7 p.m. 

Will there be childcare available? 

Yes! Arise Kids is available for children ages 6months-5th grade. Pre-registration is required, and space is limited. 

Will Arise Girl still be happening?  

Yes! Arise Girl will be in the Coral Ballroom at 5pm on Friday 09/21 

What should I bring with me? 
On night one, please bring your confirmation QR code for easy check-in! On night two, you will need to show your wristband for admission into the conference. Don’t forget a notebook, pen, and an expectant heart for what God is going to do!

Will I be able to bring food into the venue?
Unfortunately, in keeping with Hilton property guidelines, no outside food will be allowed at the venue. Several for-purchase food and beverage options will be available on the lower level of the Mid-Pacific Conference Center, as well as throughout the resort property, for you to enjoy.

Online Experience 

Will the Online Experience still happen?  

Yes! We will be streaming live from Hilton Hawaiian Village! Once registered, you will receive an email with a private link and access instructions for the online experience. 

Will the online experience be available on demand? 

Yes! Sessions will be available for a limited time after the conference. More details will be shared closer to the event.
